菲律賓人為什麼會過chinese new year?每年初一菲律賓竟然是國定假日!
我猜想因為華裔在菲的影響舉足輕重,再加上多少華人在菲做生意開工廠
Celebrating our 2019 New year with the oldest china town all over the world.
Can't imagine those crowed people wearing red clothes and watche= lion and dragon dance.
normally we'd say 新年快樂, but they say 恭喜發財(粵). they probably learn it from TV show.
Manila Cathedral Church
it‘s derived from 1571. After been through several times catastrophic earthquake and war,it rebuilt for couples of time.Ultimately it finished in 1958 and also has been preserved to present.
This time we start our manila trip with its beautiful history. Those slates show the successive king and presidents as well as the present one.

Originating from 19th by the time the Spain colonized philippines, it presents those noble and the epitome of spanish life.
A simple but abundant historic journey which let us see the different part of philippines.
Sort of cultural melting spot. Even though staying one year here, lots of thing still wait for us to explore. happy new year, jocelyn!
